This happened despite the fact that California was the original epicenter of the coronavirus outbreak.

Care to explain that?


.....I think NYC was ALWAYS the real epicenter..........just had virtually no testing until late..............I believe the NYC area had large numbers of carriers by early Feb and it became apparent by March when testing increased.......do you realize that there were days in NYC where in multiple boroughs over 50% of tests came back POSITIVE..........literally, over a thousand per day positive in multiple boroughs................this indicates a huge testing shortage early on in the process.

You're the expert on everything virus-related, you tell me.
