Wayne J., I concur with your remarks.
----As far as the number crunching is concerned, IMO it is a valid issue that should be of concern to all shareholders. That said, I also believe that any opinion regarding the financials without the actual financial data in front of him/her in an audited form is just that, an opinion. I also am eagerly awaiting the financial info, mostly because I am in my own comfort zone as far as the management of the company is involved.

---Here is my opinion: Ira Monas stated that the Myriad deal is a "done deal". He has also reiterated several times that they had the cash and financing in hand for the acquisition. He has also stated that the profits for Myriad in '97 were 1.8 million. With the suspected share count at 28 million, that acquisition alone will likely add a conservative .06 cents/share in earnings to FAMH. What I am trying to say is that as long as Firamada shows a net profit, of any kind, even a 1% net margin for less than .01 eps, more likely than not, the current stock price is STILL undervalued. With NO GROWTH in either Firamada and the soon to be Myriad division, current levels give a PE of around 4 to 5. If anyone thinks it is overvalued, show me where I'm wrong. Firamada has long term contracts in place with major players, "5 or 6 acquisitions on the table", Myriad with a strong long term client base, new offices in the works, etc. FAMH certainly deserves IMO a PE of more than 4 to 5 (given the argument above). IMO, with industry average multiples, FAMH should at minimum be fairly valued at $1.00.
This is JMO of course. Jin.

To all,

Excellent post Wayne, you summed up what I was thinking. I would like to say I am still on that sunny fantasy beach under the umbrella drinking my pina coladas, and waiting. I guess I have a longer patience level than some here. Penny stocks are a gamble, and I am gambling that this could be a winner. If not, I am a big girl, I make my own decisions, and I will take my lumps. If I do not like the financials, I will sell. If I like them, I will hold. It is that simple. I am fast forwarding through the posts that are getting too personal, insulting, language filled, and stupid. I will read the posts, both pro and con, that are constructive and informative.

Keep smiling out there,
Redhead
