I don't have a link. ....no you don't..............and I'm referring to the Jan 31 ban on Chinese nationals from flights from China..........Birx was not on board the team at that point....so how could she have recommended it??........and I DO NOT believe Fauci made that recommendation to Trump since it is antithetical to EVERYTHING he was doing and saying at that time ......I'd like to be wrong and would welcome any proof that he recommended the ban to Trump before Jan 31 (anyone??)......I do recall reading at the time that Ken Cuccinelli recommended the ban although he also made Trump aware of modeling that indicated the ban would not be effective and thus unwarranted... I also recall Trump saying on multiple occasions he went against the general consensus with the ban.............so how could Fauci's views on the efficacy of a travel ban not be the general consensus at the time..........after all, he's the "expert" on all things virus.........................so please RESPOND with what you believe now.
