Anyone, A possible answer to the current shortage rumor from Apple Recon: The "Biggest Question" is that Apple has reportedly suspended shipments to resellers, distributors, et al which is causing many to have "the vapors" (a decidedly Victorian condition when women were taken back by shock). Truth is, Apple has a case of "The G3 Shorts" (Too Much Month at the end of the supply) as IBM's Bromont (Quebec, Canada) PPC Fab got taken off line for up to 3 weeks from that ice storm that hammered the region a while back. That this fab was one of the keys to the G3 supplies, can you say: El Nino Ice Storm Chokepoint? Great! We knew you could! And this factor is also one of the main reasons behind all of the rest. "For want of a horse....." Doren
