I double checked an email from Frank last week: << We have been told by Nasdaq we need one more outside board member. We are currently in the process of obtaining another member to satisfy this requirement. Let me know if you have any more questions. By the way, earnings release for fiscal Q3 is before the market opens on Jan. 27th. >> BTW, I visted VectorVest and it has upgraded MTIC in the short time since your post to a fair value of $17.90, up a dime from $17.80.
