Reopen with distancing, and or face masks may be a smart way to approach this as we wait for a vaccine - front liners in the ICU have told me that this is a down right nasty bug.

well if things are getting better no reason they don't start opening it up again or really everything will be screwed for many years to come.

Depression # 2 if they leave it go to long
