Citydi, There is plenty going on but I think that there are many very full stockholders who don't yet see a reason to buy even more. Much of the buying that I have been witness to was based on the story as it unfolded for the last year and the great numbers were a very real confirmation that the decision was a correct one. As Mr. Smith is often quoted when we complain about the price, "how much did YOU buy today?" He has a point.

I believe that the same low volume selling goes on all the time but previously, the buying volumes have been higher and kept the price up. For those already sold on the Naxos story, we HAVE great COC certified results BUT, there is much more testing to come which will raise the confidence even more and also get NEW blood into Naxos.

If you had to dig into your "I'll never touch this money unless I REALLY have to" pile, you might wait for the next test lab results.

Regarding the stock price, the important thing to watch is that there is no big selling. No one is running away from the stock, particularly the biggest stockholders of all, the management. We would see that volume immediately. The next most important thing to keep in mind is that there will be quite a bit of information coming out in the next week or so from the check labs and possibly even more tests from our primary lab. More confirmation on more areas of the first hole tested as well as the other 4 holes drilled by BD will all keep the momentum going and create lots of pressure for bigger players to jump on board. The more we prove, the harder it will be to ignore this property for anyone who wants to be in the gold business into the next millenium.

Hang in there, we are closer than ever!!!

Regards,

Tom F.
