Actually, I understand it is Orton that filed. I have searched for the number of shares he owns, but came up somewhat empty. The last entry for him indicated he held well in excess of 100,000. Depending upon the option piece of his compensation he could own more.

I have been giving this considerable thought. Since he is the only one that registered I give it little weight in terms of mass exodus for the door approach. Instead I give it the following consideration:

1. He is a young married guy, 35, with two children. Anyone else in this boat knows the monetary constraints.

2. His salary, although good, is not spectacular. Last I read it was in the $60,000 range (couple of years ago).

3. There are windows of opportunity when you can file. He filed within a window.

4. Why??? He is the CFO. Either he filed cause he knows 4th quarter will miss badly and he wanted out of some shares, but then why not everyone else file as well? Or, he filed cause he knows 4th quarter will be very good and he wanted the ability to get out of some shares.

You can make arguments for the downside, but I think it is the other way around. Reason is that there has been very little insider activity on this stock since day one. Lot's of registrations (look at Edgar), but little in the way of sales by officers. Most of the registrations are by people who are company outsiders that got paid by stock or people who were bought out by Bingo and got paid by stock.

Corky is paid in stock and if the shit was about to hit the fan, he would take something off the table for his hard work.

Wilson is trying to exit, but I believe that is simply because he has been at this for several years, is middle-aged, (don't know exact age) and has seen a small investment in TX real estate turn into a few million dollars.

Harrison and Mims are stuck for three years so I guess you cannot read anything into them, except there has been no publicity that they are trying to exit in any way.

I belive my read is correct, but am willing to hear all arguments pro and con.
