To All: CREAF still looks like a good short to me. On the chart it still looks ripe to fall. Also, the CEO made some statements about weakness in the Asian Markets, and now the earnings are in. I hear that the stock may get some additional downgrades by brokerages this week. Earnings projections lowered. Any opinions/comments welcome. Thanks.

Eric

WDRY has just filed a 14A for a special stockholder meeting for voting on an increase in authorized shares. Shareholders are asked to:

(1) To consider and vote upon a proposal to amend the Company's Third Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation to increase the number of the Company's authorized Class A Common Stock from 15,000,000 to 30,000,000 shares; and

(2) To consider and vote upon a proposal to amend the Company's Third
Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation to increase the number of the Company's authorized Series Preferred Stock, par value
$.01 per share from 1,000,000 to 10,000,000 shares.

Looks like WDRY is going to start using equity for acquistions and they seem to be in a hurry.
