Yes, and in 1968 100,000 US deaths and 1,000,000 worldwide.

But not all at once, causing more deaths due to overburdening the hospital system.

Which is the whole point of this trillion dollar exercise -
which for a trillion dollars, you'd think could have been done somewhat differently
instead of saying hide in your house, especially in less populated areas...
