Touche' As you ride your white horse across the meadow, to view the spring flowers. Someone sees you kiss your horse. Appalling as it appears, that such a fine person of character and postion could commit such a act, only commoners preform. They rush to tell the Kingdom of your foolish act. As the prattle spreads and you return from a glorious day of peace. You are confronted with sneers that confuse you! I have always done what I thought was right for my subjects? Today they look at me like a criminal? I'm no more immortal then they? You enter the castle and the King requests your presence to discuss this matter, you still know nothing about. Princess, the loyal subjects saw you kiss your horse today? You have tainted our name today. What shall we do to correct this matter? Father, your Majesty, I see no wrong in what I have done. Father, I see and hear of people doing this everyday. My horse is like a jewel to me, should I whip him when he does right? No, I won't! I shall confort the people with the facts and let them decide. Today, I come before you to talk about a matter of kindness. I did give my horse an kiss of affection. He has worked hard for the kingdom and deserves something more than a pat on the nose. Let us not forget, horses have served the kingdom for hundreds of years, as servants also. We must not let this go un-noticed, we must display gestures of kindness toward our animals and from time to time show them some affection, as they are more sensitive then we make think. They have feelings also. I could not be here today, if were not for there gallant effort in times of need. Therefore, please excercise restraint in passing quick judgement in future. Let not runaway thoughts of negativism, be your first thoughts. Please wait for me to personally respond an address the issue, then decide. Thank You,
