Yep--you're right as usual--counting on you to keep me from going overboard. Now to the point--you have the spread sheet and some of the numbers from the past--so lets build our own model line by line--the H&Q numbers were (my opinion--ultraconservative)--lets just take Lincense reveue--for the last six months of 96 and 97 (this period since the 96 numbers were affected by the introduction of ver 6.0) the increase on a year to year basis was 36.4%. Using the most sophisticated financial tools available to me, I'll divide that by 2 for 18.2% growth in Q1 98 vs Q1 97--that gives me 65.1 million times 1.182 or 76.95 million instead of the73.0 million predicted by H&Q..
