Pugs, Mr. Puhr said per the advice of corporate counsel he cannot comment on the money nor the merger. He did say that the 8 week construction time is "very agressive", and a more realistic time frame
is 14-16 weeks. Based on physical limitations and the need to deposit funds to initiate the building, the 14-16 weeks will probably be a more accurate guesstimate than 8 weeks.
