I have been assured that the stock structure will remain exactly as it is. No dilution to the float. The preferred use to acquire the company are restricted. Once they change the ticker all shares will automatically be transfered over. the TA will have some work to do redoing certificates for the brokerage houses but that is about it.

No downside to this.
