I was referring to your tyranny of the majority reaction in regard to abortion in Southern Baptist states? I think they hold a much bigger majority than 51% in opposing abortion.

I take their view seriously, which is that the fetus is the fetus of G-d and should not be subject to murder or abortion. Not that I agree with it. I don't. But I think their argument makes sense, just as much sense as the pro choice camp. It is one of those antinomies of pure reason, where both positions make sense to me.

Here is my view in a nutshell: In theory, I agree with the pro life camp: the fetus is the fetus of G-d and abortion is murder. Practically, I agree with the pro choice camp that abortion is a woman's right to choose. In the end, I ultimately side with the pro choice camp because I don't think it's right that I should impose my religious views on others, especially those who don't believe in G-d. Translation: it is fine with me if someone else has an abortion. I am not offended in the least. But I didn't like it when my wife had an abortion since she would not have aborted the pregnancy if it was a girl ( since we had 3 boys prior).
