There do seem to be some "Newbies" to the web who have not learned the difference between a stock bulletin board and a chat room. Not my job to educate them.

I think that it is a good strategy to reward the top people in a company with stock options. Those that have been awarded were done so with an exercise price of Fair Market Value when awarded and the same is proposed for future options. Therefor the options have no value unless the stock goes up making the incentives of the directors and officers the same as the shareholders.

However, I think it would be MOST fair to the current shareholders if the shares used to fulfill the options were purchased on the open market and not simply issued. This is the difference between a dilutive and a non-dilutive stock option offering. To protect against future price increases the company would have to purchase treasury stock in the market at tne time of issuing the options.

Finally, in the absence of NMS status there can be not retail shorting on this stock. Anyone short must be a MM. The total naysayers (and total hypesters) on this thread do not strike me as sophisticated enough to be MM's. Why they are here, the reader may quickly discern. However, there are some good cautions by some of the posters. These posts should not be dismissed, as every stock has two stories, and the wise investor knows them both and fears neither.
