Milk & Sharon: Please go to post 2863 of the HVSF newsgroup. The person posting this message claims Kostech received 100,000 shares of HVSF for promoting their stock. (Needless to say HVSF shares nosedived after their recommendations, before reviving somewhat.) But HVSF is tainted now. There should be a list of these promotors, many of which are pump and dump operators. Then, if you see their names listed and the names of the stocks they recommend.it would be a warning NOT to buy that stock. Problem is that is it difficult to recognize the malafide outfits, because by the time you discover all was not so kosher, you lost a packet already. And naturally not all their reommendations nosedive,just a big percentage. Do your own DD - get second,third and fourth opinions before opening your wallet.
