Compaq alliance is seen as a major possibilty by CEO Waxmann. Feels very excited about it, as a result of the on-going alliance with Digital. Feels comfortable with analysts projections of 40% sales going forward. Sees positive cash flow by second Q and continued profitabilty. Sees gross margins increasing from the already achieved higher margin. Achieved 100% higher earnings per share for 4Q than First Call estimates, $.02 vs. Fist Call $.01. Sales increased 33% vs. '96 in same Q. Will continue with strong alliances. Exciting new products in the pipeline.
