It is something behold alright. Truth is I find the whole thing amusing. This is all just one giant game and I enjoy the back and forth. At the end of the day, we're not really convincing anyone to change their minds. Those days seem to be over. When I was growing up, I think half my friends were Dem and the other half GOP. No one really got riled up or agitated over politics, because that wasn't the most important thing in people's lives. Rather, it was work and life and family. Politics is too front and center now. It dominates all discussions and people seem to be wedded to opinions on small things and unable to see the bigger picture. It's a strange place this country has come to and I don't know how we'll shake it off.

Da Rat has never complained, either publicly here or privately to SI management, about anything said about him.
