.......what do you know about the managers, ceo etc. who are they and what are they like? i know mgmt at xcit is very aggressive and savvy. Gotta admit, I probably don't know much more than you do. I've gathered most of my information from here, IR, annual report (which I can't find at the moment), analyst reports, and news releases. SEEK opened up slightly to 11 5/8. -tk

doc, Here's a link to the SEEK management team page: info.infoseek.com The two at the top have some pretty good credentials: Steven Kirsch (founder and COB) - finalist in the Ernst & Young Entrepeneur of the Year award program, inventor of the optical mouse, past co-founder of Frame Technology Corporation and Mouse Systems Corporation (as a techie myself, I like seeing someone at the top with technical vision) Harry Motro (President and CEO) - joined in April '97, most recently was a Senior VP at CNN, in charge of interactive and new business development. Founded CNN Interactive in 1994. Under his leadership, CNN developed a series of important strategic relationships with industry leaders including PageNet, Pointcast and Intel. As far as the others on the management team, I didn't see any credentials that leapt out to me as awesome past experience. Of course, make your own judgements if you think you want these people to be in charge of your investment dollars. -tk
