Personally I'm amazed we got Myriad for only 2.5MM shrs! That's very
good negotiating in my opinion. I was a bit fearful we would see a
higher level of dilution.

News regarding the Myriad deal is out.
I'm still not happy...they never mentioned what Myriad did in net income. REVENUE DOES NOT MATTER!!!!! Net income is what goes to the share holder. Still too vague!!
