The receding tide has stranded all boats. From that, hard to tell what happens when (or, perhaps, if ?) the tide comes back in.

When the tide goes out we see who wasn't wearing a bathing suit, according to Warren Buffett. Look how many are naked!!

Not all boats are stranded because sensible boat owners have deep water births. Or dry storage. Not all bathers are naked.
