The individual shareholders have seen such dilution that our "NO" vote holds little weight. Custer and his colleagues have the say now. They're soon to be nearly umpteen million strong.

New UVEW symbol reflects new company name and focus on end-to-end solutions

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 27, 1998--uniView Technologies, Corporation (NASDAQ:UVEW - news),
formerly Curtis Mathes Holding Corp. [Nasdaq:CRTM - news], announced today that the company trading symbol
has changed to UVEW. Under the new symbol, the stock will continue to be traded on NASDAQ as it did under
the previous CRTM symbol.

Joe, you should look at your proxy material. Where do you mail the proxy?

There's usually a third-party that's hired to handle these things. not Price-Waterhouse, mind you (I think that's reserved for Miss America and Publisher's Clearing House:) ) but at least it's normally not the company.

Normally not CPAs, I beleive, but just unlicensed companies that are basically in the vote-counting business. Companies do it this way because it's a hassle to open all those envelopes. :)

Of course, you get to vote if you show up. You can normally revoke your proxy at the meeting, as well, if you have already voted. The company does the final count.
