Bottom has been reached. Earnings are out and I listened to the conference call. Management is being deliberately conservative in not giving any guidance going forward. Book value and cash are still in excellent shape. Per conference call the company is throwing off $20MM a year in depreciation (non-cash). Stated that they sold 1/3 interest in fab to only raise cash for patent acquisiton and just to have cash. They are very happy with the performance of the fab. Management would not answer as to if the fab is fully ramped in terms of profit.

Almost closed at $5 today on a downgrade. What do the 3,000,000 shorts think about that?

This company is not going to run out of cash. Hang on folks, because you will see $8.00 share by June 30. Just wait until the positive news begins spewing out over the next 5 months.
