That's California for you, though. I predict California and New York will get bailed out by McConnell and Trump because the govs are very clever and know how to smooch it up. Illinois and other stupid states will be told to go file bankruptcy especially after saying that Trump is incompetent on their dimmocrap fakenews stations. Pretty stupid of them. Ir's all politics and they are going to print the money anyway.
