Coordination between the states, and between the states and the federal government, would be good, but conditions with the disease, and also economically and otherwise are different in different states. Also the feds don't constitutionally have the authority for such lock downs. Even with the states its a borderline thing but a border which most people (and the courts) will be willing to allow given the circumstances.
