I think they too think the stock price is way undervalued and want a fairly valued price when they offer additional shares. I think earnings and outlook should be positive and the company probably figures they can make their offering, in the near future, when the price gets back to a fair price and techs overall are starting to move again. The latest mergers and acquisitions, I take as a positive for the whole sector and indication that things are about to turn positive soon. I think the offering will be brought up again once we reach the mid 20's and stabilize, then the offering news might knock it down to the low 20's and then we'll have the next good run up. I hope I'm not day dreaming again?
