As I just told Elpolvo, there are quite likely some people who read this thread who do not know much or anything about me. And there are plenty of people who read these threads, but don't comment.

And it makes sense when one writes an opinion piece like that to tell the reader what that persons qualifications are e.g. MD or in my case MPA.

If a person writes a medical opinion, doesn't the reader want to know the qualifications of that person? And I always check an article to see if they are a right winger or a normal person-lol.

If my posts bother you, don't read them. I am writing them for whomever might read this thread and be interested.

And I think my comments have some substance. Maybe you don't feel that way, but what if someone else does?

cheers

when polvie said “we know” i think he was referring
to this because you have told us often enough.

“I spent most of my working career as a health and social services planner and administrator including writing the first comprehensive state plan for a statewide emergency medical services system, and statewide alcoholism and drug abuse system, was state director of both offices and I coordinated Alaska's health and social services response to the Valdez oil spill appointed by the governor of the state.”
