When he makes a mistake like this it serves to depress his poll figures for a while but if he'd just shut up,for a while he comes back. This suggests he has staying power if he just got out of the way.
That's the thing about Trump. I think he'd be just fine as president of the United States if he could STFU.

The fear, of course, is that Trump's ego will one day land us in deep trouble. You know, like starting a nuclear war with North Korea. I still remember CNN, the leader in fake news, claiming that Korea was closer to nuclear war than ever before because #orangemanbad.

As for this disinfectant thing, yeah I get it. Trump said something incredibly stupid, but it's obviously not going to be official policy. And no, I don't give a damn about people who might think otherwise. The only ones who do are the hand-wringers in the media.
