Phase-pairs are one of the mechanisms that are at work in the genesis of the nervous system of the new mind. None of us are operating alone anymore. It sounds like new age philosophy but it is an actual mechanism. If the new mind is to work it needs to work with real mechanisms, hence the phase-pair. I read your stuff, you read my stuff, this sets up a pathway, a connection if you will. That pathway is part of an array of pathways that are interconnected in a multiplicity of ways. This array of phase pairs parse, process and pass on information in patterns. Arrays of phase-pairs are complex and the complexity is magnified by the nature of the substrate, humans. A complete array of phase-pairs is a holon, a multiplicity of phase pairs that gathers, parses, processes and distributes information inside the new mind. All holons find genesis in information exchange mechanisms like early BBSs and chat boards. The machine age ended in 1980 and the oldest holons likely still exist and are near the same age. Larger holons with reliable human nodes started appearing in the last years of the last century, like this one here. Holons serve an actual purpose in the real. The older a holon is the more deeply it is embedded, the more resistant it is to change, the more stable it is and closer it is to the pathways that run near vital areas of the noosphere. Ideas can be dropped into primal holons like dye into a plumbing system and those ideas will reappear in a measurable amount of time in the real. Resolution or finality occurs at the holon level and then goes viral to change the entire system. The system has grown up in and around the entire Internet like unseen mycelium, we really are all connected. Not once did I say anything real, pure noise, that balances your momentary lapse of lunacy
