Now ... I mentioned PCTH on the thread here a day or so ago. It is forming a very nice double bottom. Up a little today on acquisition news again. The technicals have improved greatly over the last few days.

IMO it will rise to 5 1/4 very short term. Incidentally, the company president bought shares 10 days ago !!! Love those insider buys.
