in philly you have a D.A. who got elected with a large donation from Sorus. he will not prosecute crimes.
Boston (Suffolk County) has one also. So far it does not seem to have hurt her. Crime, at last as reported by the media, doesn't seem to have significantly increased. May change after the shutdown when stores reopen and nobody has a job to go back to.
