Rob: I have been retired for some time but we have had fully diluted and basic earnings per share requirements for a long time. I am not aware of any changes except that in the past if fully diluted was less than I believe 3% effect could ignore. If the changes are more than that then I am not familiar with them. As to TPRO I presume that fully diluted will be lower than basic earnings per share. But not so much as you might think. Depends upon the average share price during the period. As you must take the cash received (proforma) from exercise of warrants and options and buy back the amount of shares that would acquire at average selling price for the period to arrive at adjusted weighted average fully diluted shares. At least thats the way its been done in the past. JDN
