So not only do they give themselves an out for the trade deal, that they were pressured into signing, but they also will give themselves an out if companies and countries and individuals, all come to the International Courts and try to sue China. So lets say that the CCP is innocent and this was a naturally occurring incident coming out of the Wuhan wet market. So then China is innocent on that count, and let's also assume that given the circumstances, China's response was also reasonable. Yes, that is stretching it, but you know how things work out with international wheeling an dealing. But - the thing that caused the harm - the wet market - is still being allowed to operate and perhaps cause yet another pandemic - as it just did and as it did many times in the past. Isn't that the definition of negligence by which people and entities get sued???
