Looks to me that we may have our first PATENT Infringement matter ;o) Like John Danforth, General Counsel for Creative, I, too, am not a patent attorney. However, John did say, if I remember correctly, that the two new patents may cover wavetable audio on the PCI bus. Well, today I stumbled across this press release all by myself. Anyone here think we should pass this along to Mssr. Danforth? Perhaps he would like to use outside counsel - if so, as a devoted shareholder, I am prepared to notify these potential infringers and defend our new patents for less than my customary hourly rate, too. Instead, I will take on this per diem assignment in exchange for 10 shares of Creaf per billable hour - subject to negotiation of course. ;) Here are some selected highlights of EuPhonics, Inc.'s Company Press Release EuPhonics Announces High Quality Audio Sample Sets for Audio Accelerator Vendors S3(R) Licenses EuPatch(TM) for SonicVibes(TM) Audio Accelerator BOULDER, Colo., Jan. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- EuPhonics, Inc.
