There may be more strength to this than you thought an hour ago. Both Dow and PSFT now trading above the trendline (not by much though). Can this be sustained?

Tech rally looks like it's over. Dow and Psft rallied right up to trend lines and failed. Trend remains down. New daily highs would edge through the downtrends but with the cloud over the market i suspect they won't get there. (sticking neck out)

Now where the heck did that guillotine come from.
