"Sensitivity" has a place .. but not in this business. You let emotion direct your stratgies, and you'll find out very quickly how your personal P&L sheet will turn red. While you are showing empathy, and being idyllic, Palmer is running all the way to the bank with his pockets stuffed. If they were doing the job right in the first place, they wouldn't be in the position they are now. No, Mohan is right, "cut the fat". Enhancement of shareholder value is the "only" bottom-line.
