Also, has anyone noticed that it seems like a base is forming here? Many of these stocks, while down, are falling maybe 1-2%/day and then gaining it back. Many of these stocks are in a narrow range right now. Even with these "bad" things such as downgrades and worries of future oil drops, not much movement. Granted, you could argue that there are many pluses, such as very recent uptick in oil prices and recent fair to good earnings as well as decent forecasts by CEOs. However, the longer this base takes to form, the better in my mind. This base may help break the downtrend line. GLM is close to breaking the downtrend line, as are some others. In my mind, yeah I'm bummed the stocks aren't rushing back up to where they were. But at this point, I'm glad not to see them tank 5-10%/day.

Anyone else have comments about this?
