I heard that Kim Jong Un was out with his staff and he fell down clutching his heart. China was called and they said they'd send Doctors/Surgeons. But because of the urgency and the delay in doing that, local surgeons had to operate. Apparently they inserted a Stent into his main artery, "with trembling hands" !! He's apparently still in a Coma ...... What supports that aspect is the fact that North Korea has NOT DENIED ANYTHING TO DATE ...... You can be sure that if Kim was able to do so they would "display him" to the Koreans .....
