Craig:

The Offering was not withdrawn because the proposed shares would have to be included in current quarter, "diluted" EPS...in fact, these share have not been issued and are not outstanding shares...so it's not an accounting related issue...until the shares are actually sold.

I've spoken with AFLX management and the analysts that follow company, and both say that Adflex doesn't want to float its secondary until the stock hits $25...and stabilizes. Raising the SAME AMOUNT of money today at $15/share would require the Company to offer more shares and therefore dilute the shareholders and EPS...if the offering went through.

As for earnings release, it's scheduled for after the market closes today. The conference call is scheduled for Wednesday, January 28th at 9 AM Eastern time. The telephone # for conference call listening / participation is 212-346-6583. There is no toll free number.
