marty said long ago that as folks lose confidence in public assets, a/k/a sovereign bonds, and all that (corporates) tagged to public assets, private assets (stocks, real estate, etc) shall melt up. let's see if he is correct. as and when and if he says sell, if ever, no one likely catch me fully-invested. it is all a game, seems.
