4.68 ??? OK still not bad. Hell this is basically a leap option for PCTH. This warrant should be priced much higher as PCTH will definitely be higher than $6.18 (4.68+1.50(warrant price)) in the year 2001. It is "in the money" at this time and has three years to expiration. So there is only $1.25 of time value in the warrant. Way too cheap !!!! The warrant should be over $2 easy especially now that they have announced this intent of acquistion of a company that will benefit greatly from big growth in the flat panel display market over the next few years.

Even the stock itself is undervalued. This should also reduce exposure to Boeing for those that are worried about that aspect of things .... although I still can't figure why people think Boeing is going to hurt PCTH. The backlog there isn't going to go away anytime soon. The President of the company buying shares signals to me that things are pretty good for PCTH. Looking at the overall picture ...
