Charles, This is a company where free speach is guaranteed by the constitution. I love and enjoy that and endure the babblings of many fools (no one here) who feel the need to exercise their right. Slander, liabel, that stuff, I understand pretty well, also. Many of us feel free to say anything at all on these threads and for the most part, a person stating his opinion has no problem. The rub comes, though with certain folks and actions. Fortunately, most facts can be proven, particularly with stocks and lawsuits. Lets wait and hear what happens. As a point of clarification, the mentioned lawsuit, as far as I understand does not involve any litigation by or against GPGI, but some action against IPM. If I am wrong here, please correct me. The other issue has not been brought to my atention, and I will wait to hear the facts. I wish to pontificate about Mr. Richard E. Jensen. God bless him. He has some very good qualities. He has vision, dedication, and determination. Very good qualities, indeed. In my opinion, he has no talent in public relations. In fact, in my humble opinion, he should dissociate himself from it entirely and leave it in the hands of more capable persons. This is my opinion. On several occasions I have encouraged him to put out meaningful information to stockholders and have gotten the "damn internet" routine. That does not hold water with me any more and he needs to get himself and the company into the 21st century. The era in which the company and Dick evolved is no longer. News moves fast and the company must address the news and the issues or the company and its stock price and its loyal stockholders will suffer the consequences. All future efforts must be directed toward the goal of building the reputation of the company and the loyalty of "all" its stockholders. The company has survived through the help of large and small stockholders, but the larger ones have allowed the progress. We need to realize that some of those will loose faith as many of the small ones will. The stock price has moved up and down and up on very small volume. I follow the chart and can tell you that this is a dry bones market in this stock, few buyers and few sellers, so any action can affect the stock price. Technically (on small volume) I feel we are near bottom here. I have not checked the chart for todays tradings, but Williams %R is less than 20% which can be a positive indicator. Stochastic (slow) and MACD have not crossed, but look near bottom to me. Williams %R is much faster in its predictions than those two in my opinion. I feel that a rally is in the offing, and its extent will largely depend on announcements from the company. Strangely, there has been very little volume lately which indicates a great resolve on the part of stockholders. I feel that there will be an equal resolve among stockholders when the stock moves back up. That resolve will be to extract from this stock what we each feel it is worth. Let the free market rule forever and ever!! Jack, may he ever be humble, Jack!!
