An amazing thing, to me, that given the threat of the virus... these companies aren't taking it as a challenge to "do something" that minimizes the risks to themselves as businesses, their employees... and particularly their customers.

Airline air quality... or lack thereof... has been a problem for a long time. Are we finally going to see something being done about it ? Cruise ships ? And, I guess, not just cruise ships... but also naval vessels ? Maybe finally time to do something about the WELL KNOWN public health issues aboard ship... which again is NOT a new issue ?

And yet... it seems nothing is being done ? Are they even thinking about it ? They used the Japanese case of the Coronavirus Princess... to experiment on the people on board... but ended up doing nothing useful... and in result just spread it farther and faster ?

Boeing's bailout... should be conditioned on them "fixing it"... ?

None of this is "big science"... ? It's just... maybe you should try to maintain adequate sanitation ? Solve issues with airflow... sure... but maybe clean things more rigorously, using something that works... instead of having the cleaning people and the cleaning processes spreading the disease ?

Are airlines now going to start issuing masks as you board ?

Are hospitals FINALLY going to impose new design standards that require control of airflow patterns in the designs... so that every patient room is inherently isolated from external sources and central systems ?

Wuhan proved the hospitals... are the problem.... but that's not an issue only in Wuhan ?

Remember my prior posts... in which I noted that most people don't think... and even for those who do have the labor of thinking occupying some of their time... it is a still minuscule portion of their time each day ?

The mind would boggle... if it bothered ?
