I hope you’re getting some exercise, Jay, as it sounds that napping, eating, reading, teleconferencing and plinking computer keys constitute the bulk of your days. Lol!

Gym and personal trainer are kaput for the moment. Thus, I had to dust off my bike for longish rides (20 miles) on Mississippi River levee. Do them mid-day despite heat and some wind in order to get sun. Almost got heatstroke last Friday. Fortunately, I’m an experienced high temp rider so no problem, except for subsequent two-day exhaustion. Depending on mood and weather, riding 2-4 times a week

Hate it, but must do what one must do. Easy if you think of it as being as necessary as food and air.

I love oxtail just about anyway you serve it.

We do just the opposite around here. I do most of the coooking and my wife does most of the baking, with dishes being a shared chore.

Market just closed her in California and I made myself a bowl of noodle soup (.20 cent pack of Top Ramen = no money made today ;) ) with a medley of mushrooms: porcini, woodear, oyster, shitake, & morels; garnished with jalepeno pepper & cilantro and topped with hot chile oil and hoisin sauce. For a drink I had some Veitnamese style iced coffee. For dessert a wee bit of rainbow skittles to help wind me down for my afternoon nap.(do note --> I ever did this when my kids were in the home)

There's a squirrel out there on the lawn with the chickens.

yesterday I caught one on the fence licking up the nectar in a bottle brush
