The matter is currently under consideration at corporate headquarters in the US and a further announcement can be expected in due course."

Industry sources believe that unless Microsoft publicly apologises to Novell, another legal action against the company may be launched this week.

Steve: Just watching the action, to me anyway, it looks like NOVL, has
found a new trading area (the $6.50 area perhaps?). I see from DJ's
post, David Bradford is still keeping busy, busy, busy... It seems
like they spend most of their time suing people?/?/? Methinks that
breaking 5 and cuddling up to book value is not out of the question
after all (and I gotta tell ya', I really didn't think it would even
attempt to come close to that). I am really, really puzzled on this
one (even moreso than before). Doesn't Jim Tolonen, their CFO "Talk"
to the analysts "at all?". Frankly, I don't know "what" the proper
entry point for this stock would be now, even to just "park" the $.
Do you?
Joe...
