Indeed, I drink lots of it. Very much aware. In my salad days, used to bike a 100 mile ride in Wichita Falls, Tx., that took place in mid-August, the aptly-named Hotter ‘n Hell 100. At first, a death or two. Mostly out-of shape guys whose ego demanded that they just do it because, well, they thought they were Texas-tuff. Used to see a few folks hooked up to IVs. bicycling.com IOW, I’ll never dehydrate or get sunstroke, I know the signs and act accordingly, though I must admit that I like to get to the edge to test myself.
