B-waves can exceed the prior highs, so it's unknown where this may end even if it is a "B", correct?

That chart is a harmonic possibility, harmonics and Elliott wave are completely different.

I first ran into harmonics on John Pitera's thread, where he posted a video by Larry Pesavento.

Larry trades the thunder bolt pattern and the Gartley, the thunderbolt pattern was first discovered by HM Gartley in the 1930's. It has been sold many times over the years by people who took it from Gartley's book and claimed it as their own.

Scott Carney was a student of Larry's, who was not happy of Larry's imprecise measurement of the Gartley pattern. So he set about back testing which Gartley patterns failed and which patterns worked. This gave him precise mathematical measurement of the pattern, that was most likely to work. In doing this he discovered many other patterns that were using different fibs.
