"Did the Russians interfere with your ability to choose between Trump and Hillary?"
Me, personally? No. Do you think that matters?

"Did the Russians hack into our social media and actively change or delete posts without our knowledge?"
NAFAIK. Do you think they could have done something else, like enter our social media in the normal way, and added posts and created fake events?

"Did the Russians actually "penetrate" our infrastructure like our electrical grid and cause problems like power outages?"
I would say penetration, but prolly no outages. Do you think it might be more important that they hacked into state voting rolls, and into politicians from both parties?

I would also say you just asked a lot of stupid questions, in an attempt to divert attention from the fact that the Russians interfered in the election in an attempt to help Trump win.
