And did he use HIS OWN MONEY TO PAY FOR THOSE 1/2 MILLION MEALS ??!! I VERY MUCH DOUBT IT ..... That's not how "Communists" do things. And if De BlastOff paid for it via some component of his Budget, did he have the Authority to spend Taxpayer's Money FOR THIS via THAT PARTICULAR COMPONENT OF NEW YORK CITY'S BUDGET ?? And if he did so, and he was not entitled to do so, I would say that he should at least be CENSURED OR, AT WORST, BE SUBJECT TO A LEGAL ACTION TAKEN OUT AGAINST HIM, PROBABLY IN THE FORM OF A "CLASS ACTION", BY NEW YORK CITY'S TAX PAYERS !!
